Management Team:

Roger D'Hollander, Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr D’Hollander has 30 years of experience managing companies in the high tech industry with a focus on international business development. He has a proven track record of driving rapid growth in developing companies. Mr. D’Hollander’s philosophy is centered on the belief that customer satisfaction and product quality come before all else.

Preet Khalsa, Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Mr Khalsa is responsible for Skymeter's Technology Development and Product Management. He has served as CTO or other senior technical positions with Zeno Global, HYWY Corp, Information Advantage and USoft Inc.  Earlier, he was with IBM, Oracle and Ernst & Young.  Mr. Khalsa holds a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.

JD Hassan, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Mr. Hassan is responsible
for leading Skymeter's business development, sales and marketing activities.
He has a 19-year career in automotive and industrial business development
and an engineering degree from the University of Western Ontario, and an
MBA from HEC in France.

European Team:

Keith Mortimer, UK/EU. Mr Mortimer supports UK and EU sales activities
for all forms of road and parking use metering with a special interest in
road user charging and cCall. He is the current chairman of ITS UK, has
served previously as Chief Executive for Efkon UK, and has held sales and
marketing roles with multiple companies in the ITS, IT and defense
industries.

Foppe Mijnleiff, NL/EU.  Mr Mijnleiff supports NL and other EU sales
activities, especially in parking and fleets. He previously managed an RFID
technology company, after starting his career as a business consultant in
logistics. He holds an engineering degree in Transport and Logistics from
the University of Delft.
